I am a digital marketing expert with 10+ years of experience in social media, video production, website design, and strategic marketing. My goal is to help businesses use data-driven strategies and user-friendly content to attract new customers and increase engagement.
I began my work at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health, by managing a single new Instagram account. Through consistent growth in engagement and followers, I was promoted to lead social media specialist. In this role, I developed the institute’s social media identity and strategy for 14 social media channels with more than 300,000 subscribers. I coordinated content from over 10 internal groups, oversaw the creation and posting of more than 1,000 posts each year, and directly contributed to design, video editing, and overall content production.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I coordinated several high-impact social media campaigns in collaboration with the White House and celebrities such as Steph Curry and Matthew McConaughey, helping to expand the institute’s reach and impact during a critical time. Beyond social media, I also managed the strategy and implementation of the institute’s email marketing program, which included 105 email lists and more than 2 million total subscribers.
Outside of my work at NIH, I have worked with several organizations and small businesses, including Georgetown University Medical Center, to establish, manage, and improve their digital presence.
